A model enters the catalog only after official weights, a provider-controlled repository, local installation documentation, inference scripts, or explicit self-hosting support confirms local deployment.

Cloud APIs, web generators, third-party downloads, and community workflows alone do not qualify. Accepted records begin as drafts and retain official sources and verification dates.
